Senator Barbara Boxer says that the precious last seconds are ticking down towards Apocalypse, and the only thing that will now placate an angry Mother Earth is a giant blood sacrifice of money and virgins. Coincidentally, and conveniently for the senator, neither of those things can be found in California.
