Despite protests from the intelligence community, President Obama has published a list of "tortures" (including being threatened with caterpillars) that the US will no longer use in interrogations. As an added bonus, those being interrogated now know exactly what is and isn't allowed...and that they have nothing to fear (and no reason to talk).
